1. About Bucketlist.nl
Bucketlist.nl is an inspiration and referral platform that helps you discover, save and plan ideas, places and experiences. Unless expressly stated otherwise, we do not sell, organise or supply the displayed travel, tickets, accommodation, activities, products or services ourselves. These terms apply whenever you use the website or an account.
2. Information and offers
We aim to keep information clear and current. Prices, availability, opening times and provider terms can change. Always verify important details with the provider before booking or travelling.
3. Bookings with other parties
Some links are affiliate or partner links. Bucketlist.nl may receive a fee if you book or buy through such a link, normally without increasing your price. Bucketlist.nl is not the seller, tour operator, booking party or representative of the provider. Your agreement is solely with the external provider, whose terms, cancellation rules and privacy policy apply.
4. Responsibility of external providers
The external provider is responsible for its offer and performance, including descriptions, prices, taxes and fees, availability, reservations, payments, quality, safety, licences, insurance, changes, cancellations, refunds, customer service and complaints. Questions or claims concerning a booking, product or service must be submitted directly to that provider. Bucketlist.nl does not control or guarantee that performance.
5. Account and acceptable use
You are responsible for accurate account details and for keeping your credentials confidential. Do not use the site for unlawful activity, abuse, harmful content or scraping that burdens the service.
6. Intellectual property
The website, design and original copy are protected. Partner images and information may be owned by those partners. You may not systematically copy or commercially reuse materials without permission.
7. Availability and liability
We cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. To the extent permitted by law, Bucketlist.nl is not liable for loss resulting from inaccurate or outdated information, use of an external website, or the acts, omissions, insolvency, products or services of an external provider. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, including loss caused by Bucketlist.nl's intent or deliberate recklessness. Mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.
